Nulites are considered supplemental light to the manufacturers/aircraft approved lighting and therefore do not require anything other than a log book entry to be made by either the aircraft owner/operator, an A&P mechanic, or Certified Repair Station. No 337's, field approvals or STC's are required.

If a new dimming system has to be installed it is important to note that an A&P must do the connections to the main power buss.

Any connection to the aircraft power systems must be done by a qualified certificated person. An electrical load analysis must be complied with in accordance with A.C. 43.13-1B Chapter 11, Section 3 Paragraph 11-37
